Introduction to the Appointment Manager Console
Shipment appointments are booked and processed in the Appointment Manager console. To get to the Appointment Manager console from the Map console,

Click Appointment Manager in the top toolbar of the YMS.

The Appointment Manager console opens in a new tab or window.
The Appointment Manager console consists of three dashboards: Schedule View, List View, and Unplanned Bookings.
The Schedule View dashboard is where users can view planned appointments and scheduled unplanned appointments by day or month.

View up to 50 unplanned shipments that need appointments booked. This is a scroll-able list. The count at the top of the list is the sum of shipments that need bookings. NOTE: While the scroll-able list can only display a maximum of 50 appointments, any unplanned shipments can be found using (4) search. |

Appointment Schedule |
View slots and schedule for the day. See all available slots for schedule. |

Date |
Jump to specific days and view sums of counts of shipments that have been scheduled. |

Scheduled Shipment Summaries |
View the number of booked appointments for the next five days by appointment type (Drop or Live). |

The List View dashboard shows the status of booked shipments. When an appointment is booked for a shipment, the shipment appears in the List View dashboard on either the Inbound or the Outbound view. The appointment milestones (when a shipment has arrived, been unloaded, and departed) are visible in the milestone tracker.
