Book an appointment for a shipment to be delivered to or picked up from a facility.
Select the site for the shipment appointments.
Find the shipment in the Unplanned List of the Schedule View Dashboard. Either search for the shipment in the toolbar or scroll the Unplanned List to find the shipment to be scheduled.
Click the shipment to be scheduled.
The Book a new Appointment pop-up opens and displays the GENERAL INFO view. Complete all information in the GENERAL INFO view.
Verify the shipment number matches that of the shipment to be delivered to or picked up from the site. This information is
Verify the carrier SCAC matches that of the carrier delivering the shipment to or picking the shipment up from the site.
Indicate if the shipment is to be delivered to (INBOUND) or picked up from (OUTBOUND) the site.
Supplier (or Customer)
Verify the supplier or customer information is correct.
Indicate if the load is a LIVE, DROP, or DROP-HOOK delivery or pickup.
Enter the name of the driver.
Driver Cell #
Enter the cell phone number for the driver.
Lic. Plate No.
Enter the license plate number.
Enter the trailer number.
Appt Range Start Date
Select the start date and time of the range in which to schedule the appointment.
Appt Range End Date
Select the end date and time of the range in which to schedule the appointment.
Choose Appt Date & Time
Select the appointment date.
Select an open appointment time.
Click BOOK APPOINTMENT.
The shipment card is now visible in the schedule.
