Reschedule a Booking
Reschedule a booking in the Appointment Manager console.
Administrators and Facility Managers can reschedule appointments using this method.

Open the shipment details window.

Click ACTION.

Click Reschedule.

Choose the new date and time for the appointment. Click BOOK APPOINTMENT.

Select the reason for rescheduling.

Click RESCHEDULE BOOKING.
Any rescheduled appointments and reason codes will persist back to and be visible in the VOC.
Only Facility Managers can reschedule appointments using this method.
From the Schedule View in Appointment Manager,

Find the shipment card of the shipment to be rescheduled.

Click the ETA estimate on the shipment card.

Click Reschedule on the shipment card.

In the Edit slot date & time popup opens, select the new date and time for the shipment appointment. Click BOOK APPOINTMENT.

Select the reason code for rescheduling the shipment. The list of reason codes are preset and not customizable. Click RESCHEDULE BOOKING.

The shipment card is now visible in the shipment's new appointment time in the Schedule View.
Any rescheduled appointments and reason codes will persist back to and be visible in the VOC.
