If an incoming shipment needs to be scheduled for an appointment but is not listed in the Unplanned List on the Schedule View dashboard or in the Shipment List Table on the Unplanned Bookings dashboard, users can create and schedule an appointment for the shipment in the Appointment Manager console. To do this in the Schedule View dashboard of the Appointment Manager console,
Click BOOK APPOINTMENT.
Enter the shipment information in the Book a new Appointment pop-up.
Choose the date and time for the shipment appointment. Click BOOK APPOINTMENT.
