Process a Shipment at a Site
Once an appointment has been booked, only Facility Managers can update appointment milestones: arrival, unloading, and depart. To update appointment milestones,

Find the shipment in the Appointment Schedule on the Schedule View Dashboard of the Appointment Manager console.

Click the ETA indicator in the shipment card.

Click Arrive.

Verify the trailer and driver information in the Arrive [Shipment Number] pop-up. Click UPDATE.

When the trailer is ready to be unloaded at the site, click the progress bar in the shipment card.

Click Start Unloading for an inbound shipment. Click Start Loading for an outbound shipment.

When the trailer is unloaded, click the progress bar in the shipment card.

Click Finish Unloading if unloading an inbound shipment. Click Finish Loading if loading an outbound shipment.

When the trailer is ready to depart, click the progress bar in the shipment card.

Click Depart.

Confirm the trailer number and driver information in the Depart [Shipment Number] pop-up. Click UPDATE.

The shipment has been successfully unloaded.
