View the activity log for a shipment through the Shipment Details window. In the Shipment Details window, click ACTIVITY LOG.

You can now see when an activity happened, the type of activity, the status of the shipment when the activity occurred, that activity attributes, and who completed the activity.

When an activity type has a number next to it (e.g., ), click on the activity type to view additional information for that activity. For example, this shipment's information was edited by the Facility Manager when it arrived at the yard facility and the edits made include changes to the Driver's cell phone number, the trailer number, the license plate number, and shipment status.

When there are several activities, you can filter for specific activities by Date & Time, Type, Status, and person who completed the activity.
