Search Shipments

At the top of the Track page is the Search field.

To search for a shipment, make sure you are on a Shipment List view.

  1. Type one of the following into the Search Shipment field:

    • Attribute Value

    • Identifier Value

    • Stop Location: Location name, Address lines, City, State, Country, Postal code

    • Sharing: Originating tenant name, Recipient tenant name

    • The prefixes of names are allowed. For example, typing "Chi" in the Search filed will return results for Chicago and other places beginning with those letters.

  2. Press the Enter key.

    A list of the shipments matching those terms appears. Search currently needs an exact match.

Note

Information on search results:

  • Data is retained for six months. Searches can not be completed for data older than six months.

  • If you are searching containers, remember that container numbers can be re-used if the prior journey has been completed.
