To set up an ELD/GPS connection,
On the ELD/GPS page, click the CREATE button.
The Set up ELD/GPS screen appears.
If your provider is not listed, click CLICK HERE IF YOUR ELD/GPS PROVIDER IS NOT ON THE LIST.
If your provider is on the list, skip to step 5.
Enter your GPS provider's contact details.
project44 contacts the GPS provider, asks your GPS provider for the required technical information to integrate their system with the NMC, and makes the developments needed to integrate your GPS connection.
Your GPS provider will be available in the list after we finish the needed development. Click the CREATE button. The Set up ELD/GPS screen appears.
Select the provider from the list and click NEXT.
The Account Information page appears.
Instructions appear on the left side of the screen that will guide you in how to enter the credentials on the right side of the screen. Click NEXT.
To check that your GPS connection was set up correctly, check if the status in the ELD/GPS tab says ACCOUNT OK. Please wait a few minutes before checking; this might take awhile.
If you want to add, delete, or update assets, please contact your GPS provider, as we cannot perform those actions on behalf of your provider. All changes made on your GPS account will be automatically updated in the NMC.
