With the Shipments Board, you can view and organize all your orders, line items, bookings, BOLs, containers, and shipments.

Access the Shipments Board by clicking on Shipments on the left the ClearMetal homepage.

Toggle between Orders, Line Items, Bookings, Containers, and Shipments using the tabs at the top of the page. Confirm you are under the intended tab when searching and adding filters.

You can also choose to view Active Shipments Only or All Shipments by clicking the drop down menu on the left panel of the board.

This left panel is also where you can add new filters or select from your saved filters. For articles on how to apply common filters, click here.

Display information on the Shipments board as tables (as shown above) or timelines (as shown below). To switch between these views, select your preferred option from the tiles outlined in red below.

Edit the columns - reorder and hide columns - in the table view can be edited by clicking on the tile to the right of the table icon. To reorder the columns in the table, click and drag the dotted icon on the right side of the column name. To hide or reveal a column, click the eye icon on the left side of the column name.
