Why are pictures or pages not loading correctly in my ClearMetal App?
If images or pages are not loading correctly on your ClearMetal application, it could be because you need to clear your cache data.
Clearing your cache is a great first step for troubleshooting any disruptions to pictures or pages loading in your ClearMetal app. If this does not correct the issue, reach out to the project44 Support Team.

In Google Chrome, click the History at the top of your screen. Select Show Full History from the drop-down list.

On the History homepage, click Clear browsing data.

When the Clear browsing data window opens, set Time range to All time. Ensure the box next to Cached images and files is checked. Click Clear data at the bottom of the window.

In Safari, click Safari at the top of your screen. Then select Preferences....

Click the Advanced tab in the Preferences window, then check the box next to Show Develop menu in menu bar. When this is done, you can close the Preferences window.

You will now see Develop in the Safari menu bar at the top of your screen. Click Develop and click Empty Caches.
