Save a Filter for Shipments Stuck in Transshipment in ClearMetal
Save a filter for all shipments stuck in transshipment for a specific number of days.

In the Shipments tab on your Shipments Board, click Add a filter on the left side. Select Stuck in transshipment from the drop down menu.

When the Stuck in transshipment window opens, set the delay parameters to one of the following: Less than, Greater than, or Between. Set the number of days. Click Apply.

Click Save Filter at the bottom of the screen to keep this filter for future use. In the Save your filter window, you can create an alert for this saved filter. The will alert will notify you via email every time a new shipment matches the filter criteria. Click SAVE.

Your saved can be viewed and managed from the alerts page. The alerts page is accessible through the alert icon on the left side of the screen.
