Use the ClearMetal Shipment Board to Filters

Use filters on the ClearMetal Shipment Board to view orders, line items, bookings, bills of lading (BOLs), containers, and shipments by export, transshipment, and import activities. This document outlines workflows for recommended filters.

Note

Throughout this document, 'item' refers to any of the following: container, order, bill of lading, shipment, or booking.

Export Activity Filters

Filter your orders, line items, bookings, BOLs, containers, and shipments by export activities.

Filter Application Workflow

Empty containers dispatched from the terminal an en-route to pickup location

Empty Container Dispatch

This filter is dependent on carrier milestones.

To apply the Empty Container Dispatch filter,

  1. Click Events.

  2. Click Current Milestone Status.

  3. Select the Empty Container Dispatch filter.

Containers that have not been received by the origin port within the allotted time (export detention)

Empty Container Dispatch AND Current Milestone Time

This filter is dependent on carrier milestones.

To apply the Empty Container Dispatch filter,

  1. Click Events.

  2. Click Current Milestone Status.

  3. Select the Empty Container Dispatch filter.

To apply the Current Milestone Time filter,

  1. Click Events.

  2. Select Current Milestone Time filter.

Items by specific load location(s)

Load Location

This filter is dependent on carrier milestones.

To apply the Load Location filter,

  1. Click Entities.

  2. Select Load Location filter.

Items by specific receipt location(s)

Receipt Location

This filter is dependent on carrier milestones.

To apply the Receipt Location filter,

  1. Click Entities.

  2. Select Receipt Location filter.

Items that have been received by the origin port

Receipt by Ocean Carrier

This filter is dependent on carrier milestones.

To apply the Receipt by Ocean Carrier filter,

  1. Click Events.

  2. Click Current Milestone Status.

  3. Select Receipt by Ocean Carrier filter.

Items dwelling at the origin port for more than the allotted time (export demurrage)

Receipt by Ocean Carrier AND Current Milestone Time

This filter is dependent on carrier milestones.

To apply the Receipt by Ocean Carrier filter,

  1. Click Events.

  2. Click Current Milestone Status.

  3. Select the Receipt by Ocean Carrier filter.

To apply the Current Milestone Time filter,

  1. Click Events.

  2. Select the Current Milestone Time filter.

Items predicted to be ready for pickup within a certain number of days

Predicted Available for Pickup

To apply the Predicted Available for Pickup filter,

  1. Click Common Filters.

  2. Select Predicted Available for Pickup filter.

Items predicted to be loaded at the origin port within a certain number of days

Load at Origin

To apply the Load at Origin filter,

  1. Click Predictions.

  2. Select Load at Origin filter.

Items dwelling on the vessel that has not departed the origin port

Load on Vessel at Origin Port

To apply the Load on Vessel at Origin Port filter,

  1. Click Events.

  2. Click Current Milestones Status.

  3. Select Load on Vessel at Origin Port filter.

Items that have departed from the origin port and are in transit

Departed Origin Port

To apply the Departed Origin Port filter,

  1. Click Common Filters.

  2. Select Departed Origin Port filter.

Items that arrived at a transshipment port

Vessel Arrive at Transshipment Port

  1. Click Events.

  2. Click Current Milestone Status.

  3. Select Vessel Arrive at Transshipment Port.

Items that have been discharged at a transshipment port

Container Discharge for Transshipment.

  1. Click Events.

  2. Click Current Milestone Status.

  3. Select Container Discharge for Transshipment.

Items dwelling at the transshipment port

Stuck in Transshipment

  1. Click Common Filters.

  2. Click Stuck in Transshipment.

Items dwelling on the vessel that has not departed the transshipment port

Load on Vessel for Transshipment Port

  1. Click Events.

  2. Click Current Milestone Status.

  3. Click Load on Vessel for Transshipment.

Items that have departed from the transshipment port and are in transit

Vessel Depart Transshipment Port

  1. Click Events.

  2. Click Current Milestone Status.

  3. Click Vessel Depart Transshipment Port.

Transshipment Locations

  1. Click Entities.

  2. Click Transshipment Locations.

Items predicted to be discharged at a destination port within a specific number of days

Predicted Discharge at Final Port

  1. Click Common Filters.

  2. Select Predicted Discharge at Final Port.

Items that have arrived at a destination port

Vessel Arrive at Destination Port

  1. Click Events.

  2. Click Current Milestone Status.

  3. Select Vessel Arrive at Destination Port.

Items that have been discharged at a destination port

Container Discharge at Destination Port

  1. Click Events.

  2. Click Current Milestone Status.

  3. Select Container Discharge at Destination Port.

Items dwelling at the destination port (import demurrage)

Container Discharge at Destination Port AND Current Milestone Time

  1. Click Events.

Items delivered to the customer

At Final Delivery Location

This filter is dependent on carrier milestones.

  1. Click Events.

  2. Click Current Milestone Status.

  3. Select At Final Delivery Location.

Items by specific delivery location(s)

Delivery Location

This filter is dependent on carrier milestones.

  1. Click Entities.

  2. Select Delivery Location.

Itmes predicted to be delivered within a certain number of days

At Delivery Location

This filter is dependent on carrier milestones.

  1. Click Predictions.

  2. Select At Delivery Location.

Items predicted to be delayed by a specific number of days

Delayed Shipments

This filter is dependent on carrier milestones.

  1. Click Common Filters.

  2. Select Delayed Shipments.

General Filters

You are not limited to applying filters only related to export, transshipment, or import activities. You can also filter your orders, line items, bookings, BOLs, containers, and shipments in the Shipment Board by carriers, vessels, or items.
