Edit Information for a User in Your Tenant
This capability is only available to administrator users.
To make changes to a user's account information,

Find the user whose account you want to make changes to.

Click on the user's name to open the User Details page.
You can make changes to the following information for a user in the User Details card
-
Given name
-
Family name
-
Assign the user as a Contact Person for your tenant.

Assign the user as an Administrator for your tenant.
To edit User Details,

Make the desired changes to the User Details card.

Click Update Details.
Change the roles assigned to a user in the Roles card of the User Details page.
To change a user's assigned roles,

Click the checkbox next to the role. A checked box assigns the role, and an unchecked box unassigns the role.
Check the Grant access checkbox to assign all roles to a user.

Click Update Roles.
