Set Up Your User Profile
Get started by setting up your user profile. Click the profile tile to update your profile information.
Set Up Your Dashboard
Your dashboard provides high level insights from the shipments board, lanes, and detected exceptions. To set up your dashboard,

Open the filter panel.

Choose the origin port(s), destination port(s), and time frame that you want like to focus on in your dashboard.

Click Save Filter to save each filtered views for future use.
Find Shipment Information
Click the search icon to find specific Order, Line Item, Container, BOL, Booking Number, or Shipment information and view all the relevant journey details.
View Shipment Information
Use the Shipments Board to view all shipments, orders, line items, bookings, containers, and BOLs in one place.

Click Shipments in the left toolbar.

Toggle between the tabs at the top of the screen to view specific information for ORDERS, LINE ITEMS, BOOKINGS, BILLS OF LADING, CONTAINERS, or SHIPMENTS.
Create Filtered Views to Refine Data
Create and save filtered views of information. Filter by origin port(s), destination port(s), transshipment port(s), and custom time frames. To create a filtered view,

Click on the + Add a filter.

Saved filters will be available at the top of the filter panel for easy access.
These saved views can also be shared, downloaded, and assigned alerts.
Change Your Shipment View
Toggle between the list view of your shipments or a timeline view of shipments.
Use the Lanes Board
Use the Lanes Board to aggregate, analyze, and compare a wide range of metrics for different routes and lanes. Click on the Lanes tile if the left toolbar. This opens an unfiltered list of all your lanes.
Use the Lanes Board view to explore and understand :

What lane, carrier, and transshipment combinations are getting booked and their associated volumes
