Export and Import Site Maps

Users Impacted: Administrators

Update Summary: Export or import a site, building, gate, parking zone, dock zone, or spotter zone map in Map Builder. Please work with your project44 Implementation contact or Customer Success Manager to import site maps.

New Carrier Notification Email Formatting

Users Impacted: Carriers

Update Summary: When Carriers receive an automatic notification with the current Yard Inventory Report, the email now includes the Carrier SCAC in the email subject and the report attached as a PDF.

Updated Carrier Field for Add Trailer Workflow in Spotter Mobile Application

Users Impacted: Spotters

Update Summary: When adding a trailer through the Spotter Mobile App, the CARRIER* field now shows the carrier name and SCAC.

Change to Selection Criteria for the Yard Inventory Report

Users Impacted: Users with Analytics Access

Update Summary: When setting the criteria for a Yard Inventory Report, users will no longer select for assets outside of a facility from the Assets In drop down. Users should now use the Site drop-down and select OFFSITE.

  • Anonymous Driver Account Login

    • Users Impacted: All users

    • Update Summary: Anonymous users can now log in to an organization’s account as a Driver. The anonymous user has read access to organization data including sites, shipments, assets, and gate information.

  • Updates to Gate Activity Report

    • Users Impacted: Users with Analytics Access

    • Update Summary: The Gate Activity Report now includes information on the carrier and the driver associated with gate events, specifically:

      • Driver first and last name

      • License plate number

      • Seals for inbound and outbound trailers

      • Inspection questions and answers

  • Yard Inventory Report

    • Users Impacted: Users with Analytics Access

    • Update Summary: The Yard Inventory Report has been updated to include Zone as a field and column in the report.

  • Resolved Issue: Seal Numbers and Seal Reason Code are not reflected the same way between Gate Console and Trailer Listing.

  • Resolved Issue: Vehicle List - Cab is not listed in Type filter when cab records exist.

  • Resolved Issue: Configuration for Safety notice not being followed.

  • Resolved Issue: Empty weight is getting removed from departure through the driver kiosk.

  • Resolved Issue: When creating a Spotter tractor, activity details for the vehicle on Map shows different information from the one on Vehicle Listing details view.

  • Resolved Issue: Timer in dock console indicating time for trailer at the dock is not updated when arriving a LIVE trailer to a dock.

Spotter App Bug Fixes

  • Resolved Issue: IoT tab does not show RFID tag details associated with the selected trailer in the Trailers Menu.

  • Resolved Issue: Driver had to repeat the steps while choosing location to complete task.
