Mode: Filters by the mode of transport: Ocean, Air, Rail, Truckload, LTL, Parcel, or Barge. Click the toggle switch to Only show shipments currently in this mode of transport.

When a mode is selected, the mode (LTL, Rail, Ocean, etc.) appears on the button.

Status: Filters by the current status of the shipment: Action required, Scheduled, In progress (In transit, At stop, Idle), Completed, or Unknown.

When a status is selected, the status name (Scheduled, In progress, etc.) appears on the button.

Arrival Timing: Filters by the arrival of the shipment. When a timing is selected, the timing name appears on the button.

On-time Status: Filters by whether shipments are late or early by a defined period of time. Estimated or actual time to shipment's last stop compared to initial planned.

When an On-time status is selected, the On-time status (Late > 1 hr, Early > 3 days, etc.) appears on the button.

Origin: Filters by the origin location. This is the first stop of the shipment (Origin, Pickup, or Port of Loading). You can search by location name, city, state, country, or full address.

When a location is selected, the location name appears on the button.

Destination: Filters by the destination location. This is the last stop of the shipment (Destination, Delivery, Port of Discharge). You can search by location name, city, state, country, or full address.

When a location is selected, the location name appears on the button.

Carrier: Filters by Carrier on any leg of the shipment. You can search by carrier name, SCAC, or MC/DOT/IATA numbers. More than one carrier can be selected.

When a carrier is selected, the carrier name appears on the button.

More Filters: Opens the Filters panel. More detailed filters are available.

Columns: Opens the Columns panel You can add or hide the columns of data shown in the list.
