Update Summary: Users can now start a wave with a Completed status if any shipments are still open in that wave. Wave loading is started through API.

Update Summary: The Detention Listing page has been updated to include the In Yard toggle, found in More Filters, to find assets that are onsite or offsite.

A new column has been added to the Detention Listing table to show Detention End Events (Loaded, Unloaded, or Departed).

Trailers are now added to the Detention Listing as soon as they complete their free period.
