Value: For recipients of a milk run shipment, they should only be able to see the items that are relevant to them and their delivery. The data recipients should have no visibility into other consignees on the shipment.

What: Recipients of a shared shipment should have a modified details page that doesn’t allow them to edit or delete the shipment.
Value: Recipients of a shared shipment don’t own the shipment itself and therefore shouldn’t have the ability to make modifications to the shipment.

What: Right now, our route timeline collapses consecutive STATUS CODE/STATUS REASON CODE but does not take into account the description field. With SEP, the description field is being used to surface contextual events. We need to include description as a unique qualifier for the events on the route timeline.
Value: We will be able to surface contextual events into the shipment timeline so customers have more information about shipment tracking

Value: This will avoid customer confusion since:

• ETA box is not saying this is an ETA that was sent by the carrier, when was sent, and which stop is related to
• The information next to ETA is a comparison with the appt window that will often be different from ETA
