Shipment Tracking

Set up your subscriptions before adding a shipment to be tracked. Shipments must be subscribed to project44's Container Track and Trace (CTT) platform before you can monitor them.

There are three options for submitting a new shipment.

• Add New Shipment Subscriptions - CTT Platform Upload Method: Log in to the CTT platform and manually add new shipments to your account - or sub-account, if you have access to several sub-accounts.
• Add New Shipment Subscriptions - Automated Upload Method: Create and send an Excel file of shipments with all necessary data to project44.
• Subscribe shipments through the CTT API: Use project44's APIs to fully automate the subscription process. Please connect with your project44 Technical Contact for more information.

Please take into account that there might be a specific upload process agreed with your company, so not all options may be accessible for each user.
