Archive or cancel an individual shipment subscription. To archive or cancel multiple subscriptions at one time, see the article Manage Subscriptions: Archive, Edit, and Cancel Multiple Subscriptions.

Archive a Subscription

Archiving a shipment will remove shipment(s) from the subscription list and remove all related containers from the Container Directory. Tracking data collected for the subscription will be included in the analysis dashboard and statistics, even when archived.

To archive a single subscription,

1. Open the Subscription Detail page.
2. Click Archive.
3. Click OK in the pop-up window to archive the subscription.

Cancel a Subscription

Canceling a subscription will delete all containers associated with selected subscription(s). The tracking data collected for the containers associated with the selected subscription(s) will be deleted from the analysis dashboard and statistics.

To cancel a single subscription,

1. Open the Subscription Detail page.
2. Click Cancel.
3. Click OK in the pop-up window to cancel the subscription.
