Resolve Truckload Tracking Issues with the Root Cause Analysis Dashboard

Update Summary: The Truckload Tracking and Root Cause Analysis dashboard is now available for external customers. Within Insights, view the dashboard to see tracking percentages, untracked shipments, tracking improvement opportunity, and recommended actions for each untracked shipment type. View the details of each untracked shipment, which includes Shipment ID, Connection type, Equipment ID, Shipment location, Planned pickup date, and Planned arrival date.

Filter Shipments by Related Order Additional IDs

Update Summary: Use the Related Orders filter on the Shipment List page to find shipments with related order Additional IDs (unique identifiers associated with an order). Under the Related Orders filter, select either the Order ID (Contract, Load, Manufacturer, Promotion, Season, Vendor). Then enter the relevant Order ID value.
