Update Summary: You can now view carrier performance metrics like On Time Pickup and On Time Delivery. This new feature expands on the previous carrier tracking metrics (Volume, Tracking %, Ping Frequency, and Milestone Completeness) to help you review carrier performance.
Access this information through the Truckload Analytics dashboard. Open the Tracking and Performance tab to switch between carrier tracking metrics and carrier performance metrics, or deep dive into the Carrier Details page to view both tracking and performance metrics on one screen in a scorecard-like experience.
