Test Capacity Provider Credentials
To validate that the credentials of a capacity provider have been set up correctly,

Click the Menu button.
The menu appears.

In the menu, click Test Credentials.
The Test Credentials page appears.

Select the Account Group from the drop-down list, if applicable.

Enter fake data in the required fields of the Origin, Destination, and Line Items sections.

Click TEST.
You will receive a response. A successful response looks like the following.
A failure can look like one of the following.
If you are receiving errors for a provider's credentials, try the following corrective measures.

Ensure there are no typos in the credential information.

Ensure there are no unintentional spaces before or after the credential information.

Check that capitalization is correct; carrier credentials are often case-sensitive.

Double-check the support portal and that the credentials have been entered for the correct corresponding fields.

Reach out to your carrier account representative or web services to verify the credentials are correct and the API connection is enabled (support portal details which carriers require connection to be enabled).
