View Telematics (ELD/GPS) Connections
To view the statuses of your telematics (ELD/GPS) connections, click the ELD/GPS tab.
The ELD/GPS page appears.
Each connection is displayed with their current status.

Meaning |
Suggested Action |
---|---|---|
ACCOUNT OK |
Telematics connection is working correctly. |
Check if shared assets appears in FLEET Tab and if they have a correct name, meaning only registration number (plate number or device ID). |
INVALID CREDENTIALS |
Provided credentials are incorrect and/or you do not have API access. |
Contact your GPS provider and ask API credentials. When received, edit API credentials. |
TELEMATICS PROVIDER ERROR |
Telematics connection is not working correctly. |
Contact project44 and ask for support. |
PROJECT44 DEVELOPMENT |
You have chosen a telematics provider, which is not available on our list. |
We will verify provided information and if needed, reach out to your GPS provider to discuss the integration. |
