Create a Pickup

There are three ways to add a pickup to your system:

  1. Create a Live or Drop Pickup on the Pickup Listing page

  2. Create a Live Pickup in the Live Pickup Console

  3. Create a Drop Pickup in the Drop Pickup Console

Create a Live or Drop Pickup on the Pickup Listing page

To create a pickup on the Pickup Listing page,

  1. Open the Pickup Listing page.

  2. Click Create Pickup.

  3. Enter the pickup information. Click NEXT STEP.

  4. Optional: enter load information for the pickup. You can also enter SKU information for the pickup. Click NEXT STEP.

  5. Confirm the shipment information for the pickup. Click SAVE PICKUP to save the pickup to the Pickup Listing page without scheduling a dock door appointment, or click ADD SCHEDULE to schedule a dock door appointment for the pickup.

If you choose to schedule a dock door appointment for the pickup,

  1. Choose the appointment slot and click CONFIRM.

  2. Click CONFIRM SCHEDULE.

Create a Live Pickup in the Live Pickup Console

To create a live pickup in the Live Pickup Console,

  1. Open the Live Pickup Console.

  2. Click Create Live Pickup.

  3. Enter the pickup information. Click NEXT STEP.

  4. Optional: enter load information for live pickup. You can also enter SKU information for the pickup. Click NEXT STEP.

  5. Confirm the shipment information for the pickup. Click SAVE PICKUP to save the pickup to the Live Pickup Console without scheduling a dock door appointment, or click ADD SCHEDULE to schedule a dock door appointment for the pickup.

If you choose to schedule a dock door appointment for the pickup,

  1. Choose the appointment slot and click CONFIRM.

  2. Click CONFIRM SCHEDULE.

Create a Drop Pickup in the Drop Pickup Console

To create a drop pickup in the Drop Pickup Console,

  1. Open the Drop Pickup Console.

  2. Click Create Drop Pickup.

  3. Enter the pickup information. Click NEXT STEP.

  4. Optional: enter load information for live pickup. You can also enter SKU information for the pickup. Click NEXT STEP.

  5. Confirm the shipment information for the pickup. Click SAVE PICKUP to save the pickup to the Live Pickup Console without scheduling a dock door appointment, or click ADD SCHEDULE to schedule a dock door appointment for the pickup.

If you choose to schedule a dock door appointment for the pickup,

  1. Choose the appointment slot and click CONFIRM.
