Donnelly Logistics Services API Authentication Requirements
 

• Donnelly Logistics Services Username
• API Key
• Location ID

The only credentials required are your Donnelly Logistics Services Username, an API Key, and your Location Code. Please contact a Donnelly Logistics Services representative if you need access to your Username. 

For the API Key and Location Code, please email dlswintegration@rrd.com and request both test and production API keys for your account. Please include the below information in your email:
 

Upon receiving the email, the DLS Integration team will configure the API key and provide it to you, as well as project44.

Enable Tracking:
Please reach out to your Donnelly Logistics Services account representative to request that they enable tracking on your account.


Uploading API Credentials

Load your organization's credentials into the project44 Capacity Provider Accounts portal. For help with the process, see Carrier Credentials Help.

• Username  = Donnelly Logistics Services Username
• API Key = Donnelly Logistics Services generated key
• Location ID = Donnelly Logistics Services assigned Location ID
