Gathering API Credentials
To start, you'll need the following:
- A generic email address that will solely be used for web services and not already registered with Oak Harbor (for example: webservices@mycompany.com)
- Account Number

- Email from above (example: webservices@mycompany.com)
- API Key
- Account Number

Step-by Step Instructions - LTL
To acquire your account number, contact customer service at Oak Harbor to receive your API Username, Key and Account Code. Request that they enable your account for the services you require.
They’ll ask for the following items:
- A generic email address that will solely be used for web services and not already registered with Oak Harbor (for example: webservices@mycompany.com)
- Physical Address
- Phone Number
- Fax Number
- Environment (Specify TEST & PRODUCTION)
Once the account is enabled, enter the information on the p44 capacity providers page.

Uploading API Credentials
Load your organization's credentials into the project44 Capacity Provider Accounts portal. For help with the process, see Carrier Credentials Help.
- Email = generic email created for Oak Harbor
- Key = API Key received from Oak Harbor
- Account # = Oak Harbor account number
- Bill To Address
- Payment
- Direction
