To start, you'll need the following:

1. Old Dominion Website Username
2. Old Dominion Website Password

Step-by Step Instructions - LTL

1. Log into the Old Dominion web portal at https://www.odfl.com/ODFL4meDashboard/Login

2. Locate your account number under the Account section on the Dashboard page

3. Contact the ODFL Customer Service line at (800) 235-5569 or customer.service@odfl.com to ensure your account has access to get rate quotes. Note: "Customer not autorated" error message is common for accounts that do not have rating access.

Step-by Step Instructions - Volume LTL

For access to the ODFL Volume LTL API, please email apivltl@odfl.com with your account number. After receiving approval, you will be able to access Volume LTL rates on the project44 portal.

Uploading API Credentials
