Gathering API Credentials
 
To start, you'll need the following:

1. Polaris Transportation Truck Website Username
2. Polaris Transportation Website Password

Polaris Transportation Authentication Requirements

• API Key

The only credential required is an API Key. Please email customercare@polaristransport.com or call Polaris Customer Care at (800) 409-2269 to request an API Key. You will need to provide the customer care representative with your customer portal login to receive the API Key.

Uploading API Credentials

Load your organization's credentials into the project44 Capacity Provider Accounts screen. For help with the process, see Carrier Credentials Help.
