Gathering API Credentials

To start, you'll need the following:

1. Tax-Air Website Username
2. Tax-Air Website Password

API Authentication Requirements

• Swoop Group
• Customer #

Tax-Air Step-by Step Instructions - LTL

1. Navigate to http://swoop.taxair.com and enter in your login credentials. If you need access to these credentials, please contact your Tax-Air representative.



2. In the top right corner, select Account Settings. On the Account Settings screen, you'll be able to see your Swoop Group number.



3. If you need assistance locating your Customer Number, please contact your Tax-Air account representative.

Uploading API Credentials

Load your organization's credentials into the project44 Capacity Provider Accounts portal. For help with the process, see Carrier Credentials Help.

• Swoop Group = Tax-Air Swoop Group Number
• Customer # = Tax-Air Account Number
• Bill To Address
• Payment
• Direction
