Gathering API Credentials

To start, you'll need the following:

1. Pilot Freight Services Website Username
2. Pilot Freight Services Website Password

Pilot Freight Services API Authentication Requirements

• Pilot Freight Services Website Username

• Address ID
• Control Station
• Tariff Header ID
• Location ID

Step-by Step Instructions - LTL

1. Navigate to: https://www.pilotdelivers.com/technology/copilot/. Login with your username and password.


2.  Click Settings.


3. On the page that populates, click Web Services.


4. The page that populates will have a section titled Quoting/Shipment Upload API’s.
That section will list your Location ID, Address ID, Control Station, and Tariff Header ID.
