Gathering API Credentials
To start, you'll need the following:

1. SAIA Website User Name
2. SAIA Website Password

SAIA Authentication Requirements

• SAIA Website User ID
• SAIA Website Password
• SAIA Account #

Step-by Step Instructions - LTL

1. Log in to the SAIA Customer Portal portal at www.saia.com and entering your user name and password.

2. Select Get a Quote in the Customer Shipping Center section.

3. Click the Select Type of Quote drop-down menu, and click on LTL Quote.

4. Account numbers will be listed under Account Information on the left side of the page.

Uploading API Credentials

Load your organization's credentials into the project44 Capacity Provider Accounts portal. For help with the process, see Carrier Credentials Help.

• User ID = SAIA Website Username
• Password = SAIA Website Password
• Account # = SAIA Account Number
