Gathering API Credentials

1. Log into the support portal: https://support.p-44.com/hc/

2. Navigate to the Carrier Credentials Help page: https://support.p-44.com/hc/en-us/sections/4408703103643-Carrier-Credentials-Guides

This link can be navigated to under LTL>Carrier Credentials Guides

3. Select the name of the carrier that you would like to onboard. Using the Search box in the upper right you can type in the carrier name to find the suggested article as well

4.  Follow the step-by-step instructions to gather the API credentials for the specific carrier.

Entering Credentials in the VOC
1. Log into the VOC: https://na12.voc.project44.com/

2. Navigate to the Carriers page

3. Select ‘Add Account’

4. Search for the carrier in the search bar, select the carrier, and click ‘Next’

5. The next page will be different depending on carrier. Enter all required fields directly in
the page with the credentials that were collected previously. Once complete, select
‘Save
