Prioritize a Task
To change the priority of an open or assigned task from Normal to High,
-
Find the task on the Task Listing page.

Click on the task to open the task details.

Click the PRIORITY toggle from Normal to High. The UPDATED TASK SUCCESSFULLY message is shown when the change is made.

The task card in the Task Listing Grid view now has a HIGH flag to indicate the high priority level for this task.
