Generate YMS Reports
Generate reports for yard, gate, and carrier-specific performance.
YMS reporting is available to users who have Analytics turned on for their account. This is managed by Administrator users. If you have access to YMS reporting, you can see the Reports tab in the top toolbar.
Tip
If you do not have access to YMS Reporting, contact your Administrator.
To turn on Analytics for an existing user,
Get information about onsite and offsite assets.
To access Yard Management Reports, go to Reports > Yard Management.

Yard Inventory Report |
Generate a list of information for onsite and/or offsite assets including equipment number and type, associated RFID Tag, Carrier ID and name, location, status, and commodity. |

Equipment Transaction Report |
Generate a list of transactions including edits made to equipment information, assigned tasks (Pull, Spot, Bump), or event (Arrival, Departure). |

Equipment Detail Report |
Generate a list of assets details such as Carrier ID, Equipment Type and Status, asset location, and associated RFID tag. |
|
Equipment Movement Report |
Generate a list of asset moves including from/to locations or sites and movement method. |
Get information about gate arrival and departure frequency.
To access Yard Management Reports, go to Reports > Gate Management.

Gate Activity Report |
Generate a list of gate activities (arrivals and departures) by date and time within a specified time frame. |

Gatehouse Activity Summary Report |
Generate information about the total number of arrivals and departures by day and time within a specified time frame. |
Get information about Carriers that are early, on-time, and late to appointments.
To access Carrier Management Reports, go to Reports > Carrier Management.

Gate Appointment Report |
Generate a list of appointment times and associated Carrier, equipment, and shipment information for a specified time frame. |

Carrier Performance Report |
View how often a Carrier is on time, early, or late to an appointment; the average hours a Carrier is late over time; and the average hours a Carrier is early over time. |

Late Appointment Summary Report |
Generate a list of information for the number of appointments a Carrier misses, their on time percentage, and the average amount of time a Carrier has missed an appointment across all sites. |

If a report has multiple data sections, like in the Gate Activity Report below, you cannot download the entire report at once. Download each section in the report individually to download all data generated for the Report.
