• Only Truckload shipments can be updated via AI Agents
• Send an email to sam.trybalski@project44.com, with Appointment Window Updates in the subject line, who will triage the incoming request.
• The email must contain a completed CSV (enclosed) and a carrier ID in the body of the email.
• Carrier IDs can be one of SCAC, DOT_NUMBER, MC_NUMBER, or P44_EU, but must be associated with your carrier profile in project44.
• Shipment IDs must be one of the Type; BOL or ORDER_NUMER
• Only appointment windows in the future can be updated. If an attempt is made to update an appointment window in the past it will fail.
• If an appointment window at a stop spans two dates, include the date and time (e.g. " 07/24/2026 6.01") in the Appointment Window Start Time and Appointment Window End Time, leaving the Appointment Window Date field empty on that row.
• Provided all data is present and correct, Sam will push the updates to the p44 APIs, updating the Truckload shipments contained in the CSV file.
• A maximum of 100 rows/appointments can be updated per file. If you need to send more than 100 rows/appointments please send a separate email and file.

• If Sam finds issues with the CSV or Carrier ID, he will respond to the user requesting the sender takes the necessary steps to resolve.
