How can I find which users and access groups can view a shipment?

View Visible Shipments in Access Groups Details

Preview the shipments visible to an Access Group from the Access Group's details.

  1. Find the Access Group.

  2. Click View Details.

  3. Click Preview shipments.

  4. A table of shipments visible to this particular access group opens from the bottom of the screen. The columns always present are Shipment ID, Current state, Origin, Destination, and Current carrier. Additional columns are dependent on the filters and conditions set for the Access Group.

  5. Click Close to close the table.

View Access Group Visibility in Shipment Details

View the users and Access Groups that can see shipment information from the shipment's details page.

  1. Find the shipment in Movement and open the shipment's details page. From here you can,

    1. Find the users who can view the shipment in the shipment's details card. Click View details to open the Access list. OR

    2. Click Share. Click Access to view the groups that can view this shipment.

    This opens the Share menu.

  2. Click Can view & edit to open the Access Group's details.
