Get Started with Access Groups
Use Access Groups to segment users based on the information they should be able to view a subset of shipments in Movement.
Note
Only System Administrator users can create and edit access groups.
In Movement,

Click Settings.

Click the Access Groups tile.

If this is your first time logging in to Access Groups, you will see the Full Data Access Group already listed. This access group includes all users in your company's account and cannot be changed, edited, or deleted. By default, it is marked as a Default Access Group (new users to your organization will automatically be added as members of any Default Access Group). The Full Data Access Group can be unmarked as a Default Access Group by the System Admin user.
In Access Groups, System Admin users can:

Create New Access Groups - Create rules for a set of users to restrict their views to a subset of shipments.

Manage Access Groups - Rename the Access Group, change Access Group rules, make an Access Group defualt for new users, add or remove members, or delete an Access Group altogether. NOTE: the Full Data Access Groups cannot be deleted.
