View an asset inventory automatically updated by RFID devices in the Drive By Inventory Listing.

To access the Drive By Inventory Listing, click IoT > Drive by Inventory Listing.

As spotters move around the yard, the RFID readers on the spotter trucks detect the positions of parked assets and sends the updated information to the YMS. Asset location data is then validated against the information recorded in the YMS.

If the location data sent by the RFID readers does not match the location recorded in the YMS, the location of the asset is updated to reflect the RFID-reported location.
