Secondary Inspections
1. What It Does
Allows you to finish inspections later in the yard instead of at the gate.
Supports both live drivers and drop trailers.
Key statuses: Pending Inspection, Inspection Passed, Inspection Failed.
2. At the Gate – Gate Arrival (Gate Operator) 
Open Gate Console and select 'Live' or 'Drop' from the Arrivals section.
Enter required info (Trailer ID, Shipment, Carrier, etc.).
For the inspection form, you can:
Partially complete the form.
Leave it blank and continue.
Fully complete the form at gate.
Inspection Behavior

Click the Arrival button if the trailer passed inspection or require a secondary inspection.
3. In the Yard – Final (Secondary) Inspection
Begin by navigating to the Asset → Trailer Listing section in the system.
Next, use the filter or search functionality to locate trailers that have a status of Pending Inspection.
Once you have found the trailer, open its details and navigate to the Inspection tab. From there, click on the Edit button to begin the inspection process.
Complete the inspection by selecting each inspection question:
If all pass, the inspection status is automatically updated to Inspection Passed.
If any fail → The condition needs to be set to Inspection Failed.
Click the details tab and select ‘Inspection Failed’ in the condition field
4. How to Turn It On (Admin)
Navigate to Gate → Configuration → Gate Config → Arrival Configuration to access arrival settings.
Enable Secondary Inspection for arrivals to activate additional inspection procedures.
