This tool surfaces all shipments that are currently in an exception status. We bundle common exceptions and connect directly to carrier CS divisions for efficient and stream-lined workflow for the users to resolve exceptions.
The goal with this tool is to proactively resolve exceptions before the your customer even notices and calls/emails for additional information.
Initiate (scheduling freight shipments)
Persona: Warehouse/Large-item Returns Operator/Vendor/Drop Shipper
This tool connects directly to all LTL/White Glove carriers. We normalize our UI for the user to enter in shipment information, view/select carrier quotes, and electronically schedule a pickup.
The warehouse user can easily facilitate an outbound to customer or BtoB shipment. The returns operator can facilitate a returns pickup for a customer. The vendor/drop shipper can log into our 'Vendor Portal' to schedule drop shipments on your respective carriers.
