Workflows for Proactive Exception Management
Do you have a team that manages proactive cases separately from ones created by carriers or simply want to prioritize them differently? If you need to segment cases created by Shipment Rules on the Case Management page, use the Rule Modified Case or Case Source filters.
Using the Rule Modified Case Filter

Go to the Case Management page and click on the “All Active Cases” view, which is the first view at the top of the list.

Click on More Filters and select the Rule Modified Case filter in the list. Choose one or more rules that you want to be represented in your saved view. Typically, just one rule is chosen per view. Click the apply button.
The Rule Modified filter should now be selected, as well as the status filter, where active should be chosen.

Most teams choose to name the view the same as their rule or something similar. By saving one view per rule, teams can quickly work similar issues at one time. You may also choose to put all of your proactive rules in one group like this example:
Using the Case Source Filter
