Add a New User Role
Note
Only Administrator Users can create and manage user roles.
Create a user role for your facilities and assign capabilities to that user role. While project44's YMS already has the default roles (listed below), you have the option to add other roles depending on your business needs.

Default Role |
Role Description |

Administrator ("Admin") |
Admin users can see all facilities within an organization, set roles for users, manage (create and edit) users, and configure schedules for facilities. |
Facility Manager |
Facility Manager users can book appointments for shipments. |
Driver |
Driver users move trailers or containers from one place to another. |
User roles are managed in Admin Settings.

Navigate to Admin Settings.

Click Role in the navigation bar on the left.

Click Add New Role.

In the pop-up window, name the new role and set the permission level (Manage, Execute, View Only, or No Access) for each YMS component. See Understand User Access Levels in YMS to learn more about what each access levels means.

Click SAVE ROLE.

Now, this role can be assigned to users in your account.
