Add and Manage Vendors and Customers in the Business Partner Listing
View and create business partners (for example, vendors or customers) and edit existing business partner information on the Business Partner Listing page. Business partner information can be used when creating a delivery, pickup, or purchase order.
To access the Business Partner Listing, click Shipment > Business Partner.

Create Vendor button |
Click the Create Vendor button to create a new business partner for your account. The business partner is added to the vendor list once created. |

Filters |
Filter the list of business partners by name, address, and/or email. |

Search bar |
Search for business partners in the vendor list. You must use at least three (3) characters for the search. |

Business Partner list |
View all business partners. Sort results by name, whether the business partner is a vendor or a customer, address, or email. Filter results to refine your search. |

Business Partner details |
Click on the business partner to view and edit information. |
Filter the list of vendors on the Business Partner Listing page by name, address, and/or primary contact email.
Click Search to apply the filters to the list.

To add a business partner,

Open the Business Partner Listing page.

Click Create Vendor.

Enter information for that business partner. At the minimum, a Name and Primary Contact Email are required.
Note
Use the Is Vendor and/or Is Customer toggles to identify the business partner as a vendor and/or a customer.

Click Save.
