Edit User Information
This capability is only available to administrator users.
To make changes to a user's account information,

From Settings, open User Management.

Find the user whose account you want to make changes to.

Click on the user's name to open the User Details page.
You can make changes to the following information for a user in the Profile card

First name
-
Last name
-
Assign the user as a Contact Person for your tenant.

Assign the user as an Administrator for your tenant.
To edit a user's information,

Click Edit.

The Edit profile pop-up window opens. Make the necessary changes to the user's information. Click Save.
Manage the Access Groups the user is a member of.
To remove a user from an Access Group,

Click Manage groups.

Click Remove.

The Access Group is no longer visible in the user's profile. Click Save.
To Add a user to an Access Group,

Click Manage groups.

Click Add to group. The Add to group pop-up window opens.

Search for the Access Group to add the user to. Click Add to group next to the Access Group the user will be added to.

Click Done.

The Access Group is now visible in the user's profile.
