View Details for a User
This capability is only available to administrator users.
To view details for a specific user,

From settings, open User Management.

Find the user in the Users Table or search for the user in the search bar.

In the Users Table, click the user's name. This opens the User Details page.
In the User Details page, you will find two information cards for the user.
The first is the Profile card. The information here includes the user's name, contact information, and account attributes. You can change the following information for a user:

First Name

Last Name

User Type. Check the box if you want the user to be a Contact Person for your tenant. As a Contact Person, the user is visible to and can be contacted by other companies within the project44 platform and can be contacted.

Access. Check the box if you want the user to be an Administrator for your tenant. As an Administrator, the user has access to higher-level functions.
The second is the User access card. The information here includes the Access Groups the user is a member of and the Roles assigned to the user. Under Access groups, you can add or remove a user from an Access Group. For more information on Access Groups, see project44's Access Groups documentation.
Under Roles, you can find and make changes to the users roles that have been assigned to the user.
