Change the Password for a User
This capability is only available to administrator users.
A non-administrator user cannot change their password on their own. If you are not an administrator user, contact your administrator.
If you are an administrator user,

Find the user and open their User Details page.

Click Actions in the User Details card.

Select Change password from the drop-down menu.

In the pop-up window, either

Select Choose a new password for this user. Create the new password. Click Change password.

Select Send password reset email. Enter the user's email address. Click Send reset email. The user will receive an email with a password reset link.
