Add a New User
This capability is only available to administrator users.
To add a new user,

Click the + Add User button.

Enter User details including Email, Given name, Family name, and Phone number.

Choose to have the new user set their own password or set the password for them.
Note
If you choose to have the new user set their own password, the user will receive an invitation email with a link to set-up their account. The link in this invitation email is valid for only one hour. If the one hour time limit has expired, you will have to create a password for them.

Check the box next to Assign as Contact Person under User Type to make the user a Contact Person. A Contact Person is visible to other companies using the project44 platform. If you do not want this user to be a Contact Person, leave the box unchecked.

Check the box next to Administrator under Access if you want the user to be an Administrator. Administrator users have the ability to search for users, edit user information, change passwords, and suspend users. If you do not want this user to be an Administrator, leave the box unchecked.

Click Add user.
