Add Carrier Information to Appointment Manager

Add Carrier information in Appointment Management. Carrier information is used to associate Carriers with shipments and create Carrier users.

Note

This it not the workflow to create a Carrier User and give a Carrier access to the carrier portal in Appointment Management. For information on how to create a Carrier User, please refer to Create and Manage Carrier Users.

To add a Carrier,

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Click Carriers.

  3. Click NEW CARRIER.

  4. Add the Carrier Name and SCAC.

  5. Click SAVE.

  6. A confirmation message appears.

  7. The Carrier is added to the Carriers list and now can be assigned to shipments at facilities.
