Reschedule a Booking in Appointment Manager
A booking can be rescheduled through the Calendar View, the Table (List) View, and the Manual Booking view.
To reschedule a booking from the Calendar View,

Find the booking in the Calendar View,

In the Slot Detail pop-up, click RESCHEDULE.

In the Edit slot date & time pop-up, select a new date and time for the slot.

Click BOOK SLOT.

Select the reason code for rescheduling the shipment.

Click RESCHEDULE BOOKING.

The shipment is now rescheduled to the new slot time. This change is visible in the Calendar View and the Table View.
Instead of rescheduling a booked shipment from the Calendar View, you can reschedule a booking through the Table (List) View.
To reschedule a booking from the Table (List) View,

Find and click on the shipment in the Table (List) View.

Click EDIT in the View Shipment Details panel.

Click Reschedule.

Select a new appointment date and time.

Click BOOK SLOT.

Select the reason code for rescheduling the appointment.

Click RESCHEDULE BOOKING.

The updated appointment time is reflected in the Table View and in the Calendar View.
